Reason for appeal (dispute/apology): The reason for this dispute is because this all started from one thing and that is because Padilla beat me to death this means he RDM'd (Police Corruption Rule 7 You may beat suspects or use excessive force. (At the risk of potential PK retaliations) (Do not beat them to Death, this is RDM).. So that should have be voided and I should be able to come back with all the knowelgement that i already knew of them arresting my brother. So I come back just visiting PD I went through the garage that the gate was open and the door was opened both were not locked. I come to the stairs he then points a AR at me so then drops it so then I think im good to go shoot him (FearRP Rule #3 If the person with the weapon puts it away or turns his line of sight (Meaning the user has turned completely away and is not even slightly facing you. Usually an angle of larger than 90 degrees), fearRP becomes null and you may take the window of opportunity to retaliate with little to no risk.) I call the elevator not knowing hes at the doorway trying to go the lobby since the stair doors were locked and free him, Padilla then comments somthing like "have fun with that" even though I just killed him. I leave and dipp since my buddy just died and thats the only reason why i came there is to free him not kill him, So I leave to a allway I believe and hide there then right after I get to the allyway I get called to a admin sit, I was refused the clips. I was accused on meta-gaming though I didnt,
Why should you be unbanned? I should be unbanned since it started from him breaking rule Police Curruption Rule 7 (You may beat suspects or use excessive force. (At the risk of potential PK retaliations) (Do not beat them to Death, this is RDM)
