The logs, I believe, can show he was handcuffed at the time I killed him. The cops did not tase, shoot, or otherwise pursue me at the time of the event. All the same, it wasn't a matter of threatening me, as much as it was punching my car and threatening me with his fists up, nor did I ever hear you attempt to make contact with me.

Nonetheless, this ban expired with no conclusion on the appeal.
