Even higher ups do this including the commander. The captain was also unaware of the rule that you cant raid a house due to a 911 call. If the heads of the pd dont even know the rules how are the lower ranks supposed to know them? most of them are extremely incompetent and have very little knowledge of the laws. Its way too easy to become a police officer and they really need to raise their standards.
