Ammo disappears after falling over.

The way the ragdoll system works involves stripping all weapons and ammo, and then returning it to you once you're back up. Unfortunately as far as I'm aware there is no way to manually set the ammo loaded in a weapon, however I may be mistaken. I will look into it, but it's unlikely this is something that can be fixed.
