How much time can you realistically dedicate to moderating?:
I play for like 6-7 hours throughout the day on average sometimes more and i'm willing to dedicate half of the time to moderating so like 3-4 hours daily.

Yes, I'm familiar with SAM commands. - I was an HA in military RP before reforms
Do you acknowledge that lying on this application will result in immediate denial and blacklisting from staff?:
Yes, I understand if I lie its an automatic denial.
Motivation/reason for applying:
I notice there's a lot of minging in the server and I personally believe although staff do there job to the best of there ability there's just not enough actively on to handle those situations. I also believe as staff its our job to make the server enjoyable for all users and handling sits with professionality and I personally haven't seen a whole lot of professionality in the few sits I've witnessed. To top that there's a lot of biased staff and I believe for there to be fair moderating you need to keep personal feelings, and beliefs out of sits and handle it from a non biased prospective. Finally I just want to make the server more enjoyable for people there to seriously RP.
Why should I be accepted over other applicants:
I think since I have previous background in moderation from other servers and not just moderation but micro management for the staff team I'm more than qualified to be a moderator. I also think I have a good name in the community I seem to get along with a lot of people. I am very un biased and I feel that most other applicants just don't meet the same qualifications as me. Besides my background as staff I personally know I have the patience and activity to be an affective staff member. Last but not least I believe staff duties come before RP and I personally have witnessed current staff not take sits do to RP even when there's no other admins on.
Do you have any previous staffing expierence:
Yes, I was a Head Admin for Military RP I was also a TOA which is a head trainer. I was an HA for 5 months before leaving and a TOA for 7 months before leaving.
Have you been banned before on any of our servers? If so, why?:
I have not been banned no.
Am I well known whats other members opinion on me:
I would say im pretty well known not exactly known across the whole server but if you ask around you would find a guy or three that know about me. As far as my reputation im known as a relaxed RP'r and for the most part as far as im concerned everyone likes me. I haven't had any conflicts with anyone and most people tend to great me when seeing me and make small talk even if we aren't as familiar with each
other. Overall im a well respected guy and everyone to my knowledge likes me.
Have any staff members recommended you? If so, list their names:
No, no staff members have recommended me as I do not know them personally.
Someone rdms and your off duty how do you handle this:
First thing first if im involved in the situation I make a ticket as i feel handling my own sit would be unfair. Now if i witness it then i check logs get the steam id of the rmdr and the victim i bring them to a sit and i get both sides of the story i then make my decision based off that. If i witness a mass rdm like a minge then ill handle it on the spot.
You notice another staff members abusing people and going unoticed:
I would first explain to them how that is not right and i would observe them and if they continue ill report them to an HR. After gathering as much verbal and video evidence as possible. I will also try and undo any unfair things they've done if possible and reasonable. -edit
A good friend joins minges, rdms etc. what do you do:
I would treat them like i would anyother member and if they want to stop being friends over it thats on them. If they rdm, vdm, minge etc i would handle it as if they were a random player and maybe even talk to them on a personal level and explain to them how it not only makes the server unenjoyable but also how it makes my job harder. I would then make sure other staff are aware of that particular user and to keep an eye out. -edit
