Moaning when server loads????

What the fuck is the deal with the moaning I hear every time I load into the server? EVERY FUCKIN TIME WITHOUT FAIL I hear the same loud ass moaning in my ear whilst on the character selection screen. This arises so many questions for me. Who added this to the server? Why is this in the server? Who is doing the moaning? Is this some kind of joke?  Why is no one else talking about this? Am I the only person that hears this? This is driving me crazy. remove it expeditiously
