Massive +1, Mishka is a great roleplayer. He’s previously held a staff position, he’s also held leading positions in other factions. I also like the diversity of having a faction besides cartel or Italian based. I’ve also had many encounters that have never been negative with mishka. He also even likes interacting with the community such as holding Passive PD events(not staff events but just regular events)
