1. Our faction has never been disbanded and not "remade".
2. You decided to not contact any of the current HC while being in our discord and then get un-whitelisted while knowing all whereabouts of our family as well as being a made member of the faction.
3. Your new faction leader most likely didn't know that your character is a made man of another faction.
