Do something about scamming

Scamming now is just getting stupid. You give someone 75k and they just run off and give the money to their friend. There is no threat of being pk'd all they do is make a new char and go scam people and offload the money to their friend. My suggestion is that either scamming is just banned or there is a max cap set to scams. Scamming is just low quality RP and adds nothing to the server.
