Why should you be unbanned? After I was RDM'd I made a staff ticket and went to retrieve my vehicle, a staff member spawned a rental car on top of my car in the vehicle spawn area. Then used their physgun to remove it from my car. I asked staff why they were playing around with cars when they should be taking tickets. The staff member in question is Infamy and the one who banned me. Infamy responded with some choice words, i.e. profanity, to my question. I tapped his car going roughly 5 miles an hour and we both exploded. Which is extremely odd since neither vehicle had sustained any damage, both had just been spawned at the dealer.
This leads me to believe that Infamy did something to cause the explosion, or that someone else did, and that there's no grounds in the act for the ban in question.
I did not kill Infamy, or his passenger if he had one. I had no intention of killing them. If Infamy or his passenger was the person that RDM'd me previously, I had no awareness of it being either of them. I had no intention of seeking "revenge" on the person who shot me previously, and honestly had no clue who they were.
I would like to see evidence of a "revenge rdm" and of "VDM" in this case. I was not taken into a Sit. I have never been warned on this behavior. I have no previouse bans on record (one that I appealed and won) and this ban in question is not justified in any manner.
In all honesty, this is blatant abuse by Infamy as a Moderator.
