You audibly said both times, "Aw, staff banned me from ooc again.", and your faction leader even told you to stop before you get banned. You were making new characters, in an attempt to harass a player for OOC reasons, rather than an IC reason. I don't see a reason why you should be unbanned or reduced if the only point of this appeal is "Sorry for getting caught." Also, trying to make yourself sound better than what it actually is. Lying/deceiving on appeals is stupid.
