Hi Luke,
As you stated in your google doc, I perma banned you for avoiding RP via deleting your character for a court trial that you stated on intending to go to, but that was not the main reason for the permaban. You have had several bans (10 in total) in the past 2 months straight, and the day your ban was to end, you did the final offense by lying to players/staff to avoid RP via deleting your character, which was the final straw. That picture you keep using from the ticket is irrelevant, because you deleting your character is not an IC action, it is an OOC action. It would be different if your cop character was "on the run" from the authorities, leading to a different type of RP, but you never allowed that because you bypassed it by deleting it. Lastly, your apology is not genuine, as you are still justifying your actions and to stating you "apologize" to get unbanned.
You have no taken accountability and again, are trying to manipulate the situation to get your way, which is what happened in your last two ban appeals that were denied. You also continue to showcase toxic behavior by insulting players in this thread for -1 your response.
This appeal should be denied.
