Through careful consideration and analysis around the true circumstances of your ban and the many warns, bans and POs leading up to such an event, the flaws in your reasoning become evident and laid bare.
Firstly, the court matter. Touka is correct in the sense that failing to show up to court is an in character matter and thus would be handled in character. As Verax mentioned, this would most likely be done in roleplay by your character evading the police and becoming a fugitive, while giving them an opportunity to catch you in game. However, I concur with Verax about the point he made in that deleting your character removes the ability to process your failure to appear in an in character way - no matter what you or the police try to do there is no way of resolving the problem since you already deleted the character, essentially removing all roleplay associated with it. Therefore the screenshot you are eluding to and the point you've provided are irrelevant and does not apply to this part of the ban.
Secondly, I consider your past warns, notes and bans you have accumulated on the server to determine whether this ban should be lifted. Although our aim is to rehabilitate players who break the rules instead of punishing them, there comes a limit to where action speaks louder than mere words. Your past nine bans reveal a player that is unable to learn from their past mistakes. Ever since your first two bans, rule breaks have become increasingly common and more severe.. These have all occured within the recent three months which highlight your inability to "not help yourself".
Even though you claim you would like to "rejoin the server make more friends and just experience the fun I had in miami and in New York", we must take the immersion and enjoyment of the server for all the other players you effect into account. It seems illogical to allow one player to continue along a line of such rule breaks to let them have fun at the expense of the enjoyment of others.
With this reasoning I believe it is time for you to take a break and reflect on your past actions.
Your ban appeal has been reviewed and denied.
We have determined this ban to be reasonable and/or justified.
