The clip you provided (https://medal.tv/games/garrys-mod/clips/...QwOTc4MDks), is literally what I am talking about. In this scenario I had not interacted with this individual at all, (which you claimed was your friend), punched me for no reason. Which in return you shot me for killing your friend. This would have been ok, if I was the one who interacted with him initially, starting an altercation/escalating it into one.
You state 'joking force', but that does not exist as far as I know. Physical harm in which I am about to die, allows me fully to protect my character.

Also, after reviewing your POV, you didn't even have the guy's identity. You also claimed you were not in a VC with him, so there is nothing proving that you were actually his friend. From what I can tell, you just used that as a reason to kill me.
You also stated that you were not aware of RDM baiting's existence as a rule. I pointed this out to you, that it is unbelievable on how you are not aware of that existence or it being an issue because of the amount of previous offenses you have.
I gave you a 12 hour ban because I wanted you to read the rules. The ban was supposed to be a warning for a immanent permanent ban as you haven't been yet, because you clearly still lack the understanding of killing rules.
Also to add, I was not kidnapping him. Myself and the Councilor were doing some horseplay, as I clearly did not have a weapon out, nor was harming him.
The player and myself were actually associated together, and not just randoms. While I am not saying this is RDM, as I was able to see how this could be seen as what you said, I did not act or complain about it. But it did not fall under the government rule breaks as I did not actually steal or hold the player as hostage with FearRP or such. If the player wanted, he could file a lawsuit, in which if my character was charged, then that would be a problem with me committing a crime.

This literally breaks NLR. If this is the reason, then that makes no sense as you already killed me for that scenario. (Let me add, this was 100% not the reason why they were punching me, but lets go with the reason you provided as this is your appeal. Totally not because you are trying to manipulate the situation in your favor).
It makes no sense to kill me twice for the same reason.
