Get loot back from dead muggers

Me and alot of the other members of diverge feel like its BS that if a mugger steals your shit and you end up killing them because muggers suck at combat, you can't pick up what the mugger stole from you. I believe that if you kill a mugger while hes trying to mug you and /me picks up (various items / cash the mugger stole from you) that stuff should be able to comp you for what the mugger stole from you because realistically you would be able to get it back. (this only applies to people who have a full clip of them loosing the items to a mugger and them retrieving)
