Reason for appeal: I miss the server every time i load garrys mod and feel i should not have been banned in the first place.
Why you should be unbanned: Ill start with why i was banned. I was working as an associate i cant remember for what faction. I ended up pissing off the Underboss whilst driving him around. He told me to drive him back to the night club which i did. When we got to the club the underboss immediately ran upstairs to tell the boss he wanted me killed. I was downstairs and could hear what they were saying through the walls. When i heard this i ran out of the club and began to plan on what i was going to do. I decided I would follow the underboss in a car and when he was away from everyone else i would kill him and that is what i did. I caught him and someone he was with walking into a gun store where i killed them both. As soon as i did this i was pulled into a sit. They said i rdmd the underboss because i used the information i heard through the walls at the club when he put a hit on me. The admin was going to kick me for rdm but looked at my history and having a perm ban on record he said he had to perm ban me again. I get that it was metagaming to use the information i heard through the walls in game in rp but i think it was too obscure of a situation to ban me forever. I know how it looks already having a perm ban but i made a pretty minor mistake and got fucked hard for it. If im let back in id like to take a more neutral position as a LEO or something in business. I feel like when you have a perm ban on record you have to slow down your rp because 1 wrong sit even if you didn't do anything wrong because you have that on your record, you can be misunderstood and lose your chance to rp on the server again.
