Reason for ban: RDM | POs x1 | LTAP
Length of ban: 3 days
Reason for appeal (dispute/apology): From my perspective, I don't believe that broke any of the server rules. The man that reported me for RDM was a probationary officer that had been continuously harassing me for trespassing and saw me blow up a stove in PD. I was speaking in an office with a senior officer about an IC issue with the officer and after the Senior Officer leaves, the probationary officer enters. I was standing on the desk in the far side office when he tells me to leave. I am armed with a Mac-11 and tell him to stop harassing me. While he is getting out a taser (or typing, I don't remember) i take out my weapon and kill him. I try to leave when i am stopped by and ESU man and held at gunpoint, while he calls for additional units, I run away, getting in my care and the ESU man gets in with me, calling out my position to the radio. Speeding down the road, in front of the motel, i hit a parked car and get hospitalized. I wait around for another 3 - 4 minutes waiting for anything new to happen and then i disconnect because it was late for me (EST) and needed to sleep because of school in the morning. It wasn't until now that I saw this ban and believe it was unjust.
Why should you be unbanned? - I should be unbanned because in my opinion, everything that happened was IC (other than the cop riding with me) and I have faction requirements that need to be met to propel my IC position.
