Originally, during the situation, I had banned you for a week for your extensive POs on top of the VDM. However, a few days after, it was made clearer to me that POs only apply to offenses of the same type. In this case, VDM. You mostly had RDM cases rather than VDM. However, you targeted the police officer after the encounter was finished, went back, and used your vehicle to kill him when you were not under the threat of arrest. were not actively being shot at, and no attempt to interact in an RP-friendly manner. Within the scope of the rules, I believe this is a justified ban but do agree that it should be reduced.
Willing to unban him now if possible since five days have passed since the encounter, but I do still believe you broke a rule by going back after when you were under no immediate threat to VDM him.
