For the bans, making a character for the sole purpose of fail rp / minging / the name trolling is Fail RP.
As for the NLR you ran into the PD and just trespassed, got killed and went back. Definitely not within 15 minutes, not that it matters since the sole reason was to minge.
The POs are self explanatory, you have 5 total previous bans, most of which are for rdm. Your last ban was 14 days long.
With all this you have to understand my perspective. This is a user with nothing better to do than break rules and annoy other players. You clearly didn't care about roleplaying properly on the server so why should you continue to?
The appeal itself shows a general lack of self awareness in my opinion.
The Chu Ming, is a differnt character, James is my main also a different character, and Bob Frankenhiemer got pked I have almost 2 weeks of play time I just wanted to have a good time no one told me if I didnt stop I was gonna get perma banned if someone would have told me if you dont stop you're getting banned I would have stopped.
