CZ has helped me consistently throughout my journey as an attorney: gave me a network of people, resources and general guidance. I don't think I would've made steps into the Ramirez Case (#50), Rossi Law and the District Attorney's office without him. It was all his advice and encouragement that got me on this path, and I genuinely think he deserves to be given a second chance. His act was undoubtedly detrimental but also something that can be recovered in a short amount of time, there is no need to make an example of him and condemn him to a permanent ban.
