I believe this -1 is reasonable tho I do not want to believe they will accept any appeals before the war starts and to my knowledge I do not have any characters whitelisted to either side of the war at the moment, I might be wrong here so don't quote me on that. If I do have a character on either side I don't know if I'll be taking part either way.
