Reason for PK: Kidnapping the Colombo Don
Why should you be unPK'd?:
1) There is no scrap of evidence of me 'Kidnapping the don.' I have not even met the Don. We was told to line up inside of out property and then searched. 'Gio' then takes me inside thinking it was me and breaks my hand. He did all of this without any evidence, and without anyone else coming to ID me.
2) All during the situation 'Gio' was breaking fear RP all the time, refusing to give up his gun and even getting pulled by staff to get away. He claims he never broke fear rp despite him doing so.
3) He claimed that I kidnapped his don with zipties, If you go through logs you can see that i have never once had zipties or purchased them.

8) There was HEAVY staff interference, mid RP he was brought to a sit giving him enough time get his gun ready and get enough ammo
No evidence was provided for this PK, this is because I DIDNT DO SHIT! This is all a big lie. No of my faction kidnapped anyone in the Colombo's due to the fact that we have business deals with them that make us both a lot of money. He was asking me what i was doing today and me and my friend both said retaliating on the Sidewinders to which they didn't believe.
