Hello, I am the staff member that did this pk and you were pked for kidnapping the don of Colombo which the don of your faction gave approval to kill you. When I took the hitman to the sit room, to get all the evidence needed, he didn’t reload or equip anything during his time there. Which means that he already had his gun loaded and was ready to start shooting whenever he wanted.
Also, this is a quote from the hitman about what his opinion is on this pk. The hitman is not able to respond to this appeal for some reason, but I was able to get a statement from him which I will post on his behalf. And I quote “The pk wasn't about you kidnapping the don, it was the fact your DON put a hit on you, I fulfilled it, you cannot mention fear/fail rp as you used information regarded from ooc chat to figure out you were being pk'd.”
