I don't see why you are downplaying it to make yourself seem better. You were apart of the sit, and you knew what was happening. You provided a clip aswell. When you were not happy with the sit you ran off and didn't bother to continue the sit. I wouldn't have minded to reduce the ban if you truthly told what happen. But when you lie and try to make the situation seem in your favor on an appeal, that's when I would prefer the ban to stay. It really shows character.
