Also I'd like to restate that I'd be perfectly willing to break cleanly from the family if both the appeal is accepted and if the family's upper management were to no longer want me to be a part of the organization on an OOC level. I'm not looking to draw this out further than it has to be but I put way too much time and effort into the character's progress and development to die in a way such as this. I would totally understand if there was an IC reason of some sort to kill the character off but there simply isn't. Many of my fellow associates feel the pk is unjust but also fear repercussions of speaking out about it on an ooc level.
