Hello I was the banning admin for this. After investigating the logs which show that you "disconnected by user" which means your game did not crash. I also watched the clip and it showed you having already being cuffed and then disconnecting. I wish for this ban to stay due to it not being a very long ban, and also LTAPing is a very serious matter especially with it being involved with getting arrested.
