Your application is hard to understand in some areas such as "I already dedicate so much time to it but do nothing to benefit it whilst playing, why not apply for staff? I get to dedicate time to server and support it and the players of it at the same time. Genuinely, I enjoy playing on the server and would like to support it through the time I already dedicate to it every day" the entirety of this answer seems to just be very repetitive also, and like you were just trying to stretch it to meet the requirement.
You do not feel confident in your staffing so why should we? "[b] I don't think I'm specifically better than anyone else in a certain area, and I don't think I should be accepted over anyone else."[/b]
