give PD acess to tow trucks

like to request a new system is put in place for reckless driving and general car Mignery.

Could we add tow trucks to the pd garage?

We already have a vehicle model all we need for you to give traffics police access to the rope tool or make a feature that allows for us to manually connect to other vehicles, andand turn the power of the vehicle's up and add some health to the vehicle.

We could make issuing citations have a purpose such as if you have 3 unpaid citations your car gets impounded and thrown in the unused impound lot that takes up an 1/8th of the map. You could use this to move vehicles on fire or blocking the road. There's lots you could do with this and it could be incredibly fun and would be of minimal effort to implement.


I already have a few videos of us messing around with a tow truck that and admin spawned everybody seemed to be having a good time and thought it was a good idea, even a couple admins like the premise.
