What if we just decrease the stats on it across the board?
It is, indeed, pretty much the only worthwhile car. All other cars are vanity or are used for niche advantages (Torino is my choice, 1 for looks and 2 for the best handling).
Make it slower, handle worse, have worse acceleration, etc. There are cars that are 5-8x as expensive that drive like utter shit. Make this one worse across the board to be more in line with the price, because as it stands the Dodge Monaco is *the* car to drive. No disadvantages, it's faster than a lot of far more expensive cars, it handles far better, it can sit 4, it's CHEAP, and it's common meaning that it's hard to tell whos driving. The ONLY disadvantage is that it doesn't have the fully blacked out windows as an option, but most cars don't.
