-We need more Pacific Time Zone guys, so thats awesome but at a couple hours a day, you could have trouble balancing RP and staff duties so keep that in mind.
-You have a TON of experience staffing RP servers with some even being closely related RP servers.
-Your answer to the RDM question is fantastic. Im not 100 percent with you on the staff abuse one but its understandable since the question doesnt mention the amount of abuse occuring.
All around great app and would enjoy working alongside you.
