As explained in our DMs,
It's unfortunate that your game crashed but as I had forewarned you in the sit where I approved your PK request. I quoted the rule stating dying in a PK event would cause you to pk'ed as well and very kindly recommended that you clear the area completely as many faction leaders have been killed in similar stupid circumstances. However it's beyond my control that you STILL decided to attend and as a result crashed AFTER being killed, as indicated by logs.
It would be unfair to reverse your PK as the 3 men you also requested PK'ed were killed as well. Not to mention that someones game crashing can be faked or lied about in order avoid situations like this.
I understand you feel it is "Unfair" that due to lag you were "unable to defend yourself" but you made your choice to attend DESPITE my warning (which I didn't have to give) and took the risk. You died of your own self created circumstance, as much as you may claim this to be caused by an uncontrollable force that is simply not the case.
