Reason for appeal (dispute/apology): I work down at the pawn shop and I was just guarding the pawn shop properties while my bricks were being shipped, a associate of mine who also saw the event and another man with us were talking about my Berretta shotgun and if its an open carry weapon, which I responded by informing them that it is open carry, while having the weapon on safety and showing them the barrels and attachments you may add, for information purpose I wanted to let both my colleague know and since the man asked as well that the weapon does have an illegal barrel that you cannot put on at all and if caught you will get arrested. The sawn off shotgun barrel I put that attachment on, told them its very illegal, and i put back my standard attachment. All in my property of course yet an officer asks for id and tries to rp bait me. I said I do not have to and insisted upon me or getting arrested. He then tried to get inside the building, kept pressuring me and that is when I go inside, lock the doors go to the back and wait there for him to leave so I can go attend to an important matter. He then made a ticket claim with no evidence and gets mad at Quartz bc I left the city because 5 minutes after that confrontation I had to leave Gmod. I come back I am doing my runs, and i go afk. 5 to 10 minutes later I come back to see I get banned not knowing why. I'm not mad at the person banning me, more mad at the fact that No one heard my side or my co workers perspective aswell leaving that cop to get what he wanted unjustifiably.
Why should you be unbanned?
For #1 the officer provided no proof or clip as far as I am concerned and aware of. #2 nobody talked to me about anything before banning me. I just think the way i got this ban was for from fair, and very, very unethical to the rules.
