Although I cannot accept or deny your PK ticket I'll kinda key on this so UA can kinda understand what was happening. This guy was following a police chase where the cops were killed one of the people shouted for him to leave, but he didn't really start leaving until they told him to get out of the car where he ignored the commands and tried to drive away and they shot him for it.
