Hiding Drugs

What would be the benefit of this?

My first thought was that perhaps it could be used to transport drugs with a little bit less worry of being caught by the police. But if its just to drug people then there really is no point in adding something like this.

Well there would of course be the RP reason, But also bringing drugs into clubs and businesses.
