Your flag appeal has been reviewed and denied.
I warned you after accepting your last appeal that if you got your PET flags taken again that they would not be given back. Seeing as you failed to heed my warning, you will now reap the consequences for your negligence.
You may appeal again in 30 days. You may appeal sooner if you receive permission from a Head Administrator or higher
We have determined this blacklist to be reasonable and/or justified.
