I was the banning admin, I originally banned you for a week, but after speaking with other members of staff it was decided that it be increased to a permaban. You were told before inside the Police Department that no approved riot was allowed and everyone was to disperse and leave, they stayed outside the building and even went out of the parking lot, I then see you all run outside and start opening fire on anyone in or near the parking lot. I warned everyone, not to kill or riot, and as I say that you begin to open fire, killing everyone there. You even began to kill your own officers and killed people who had just spawned into the server/swapped chars because they were in the parking lot of the PD. Personally, the number of people you killed warrants a permaban and I believe it should stay at that.
