I'll establish the same thing I did for Robyn who also made an appeal for this same situation. The reason for your PK was not that of a counter mug (as you can defend a mugging and not be PKed for it if you die, but not valuing life can be deemed in a certain way for this PK). The main issue that came across was that of a possible metagaming scenario where each person was involved in this PK. However, the evidence given several days after the PK established that all communication was done over the radio when at the time of the sit for the PK nothing could be provided and both guys had different stories. So, the reason for the metagame is ruled out.
