Nowhere near enough play time, but the concept sounds awesome. Would be cool to be like a VIP citizen and hire bodyguards. That being said, it has to be a -1 since the backstory is very basic, the playtime is scarily low for a faction application, and a Security Service isn't really an ideal "faction", it would probably be best to just be a group of citizen friends all working together.
