As much as being perm banned on your second ban for minge is weird (I don't know what happened), it doesn't change the fact that you continued to mess with the server right after being unbanned. You also said that you gave a few minutes for somebody to report you and get a staff, which means you were aware of your rule breaking, but didn't care. I say wait a few months, make another appeal but don't argue unless you have a valid reason
