What is your motivation/reason for applying?:  my motivation is seeing all of the other admins such as rem helping all of the people in the server. my reason is that i want to help people out in the server because there is not that much admins on in the server usually and I'm always on. my other reason is that I like to help people out it shows a act of kindness to others. my third reason is i want to help people with there problems so they wont have them anymore.

Why should you be considered over other candidates?:  I should be considered over other candidates for mutable reasons. one reason is that I'm always on to help others with there cases such as rdm,questions,fearRP,failRP and much more cases. another reason why i should be considered is that I am not corrupted so I will always be doing the right thing if i have the chance to be staff. another reason is that I'm am more welcomed to take time out of my gameplay to help others. my last reason is that I am a very nice and uplifting person.

Do you have any previous staffing experience? (Please list where, what position and how long): I do not have any previous staffing experience. but i know the rules of the server very well.

Have you been banned before on any of our servers? If so, why?: I have not been banned on any other servers. 

Would you say that you are well known in our community, what's your reputation, what do other members think of you?:  I am not really well known in the server the only people in the server that know of me is my faction that I am in. my reputation is not really known in the server except of my faction. people in my faction like me.

Someone RDMs and you are currently off-duty. How do you handle this?: i would get on duty strait away to help solve the problem.
You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?: I would report the fellow staff member to a head admin or to the owner of the server so it does not happen again to someone else. no matter how often they do it.
A very good friend of yours joins the server. Over the course of an hour, you’ve received multiple complaints about them not following rules, RDM’ing, and minging. How do you proceed knowing this can affect your friendship with them?:  I would proceed by giving them the punishment's that they will get because it is unacceptable to break the rules in this server on in any other server.
