+for effort
+/- for subject (it's more of a book than a faction application, but that doesn't mean it's bad)
+for playtime and the fact it's fucking 31 pages long
-for Irish because there's like 4 Irish factions applying all at once, and it seems somewhat unoriginal to me
+/- The fact there's a *Sullivan Outfit* Irish faction currently applying and a Northern Saints faction led by Sullivan, this kinda doubles down on the fact this seems somewhat unoriginal
