Reason for PK: I got into a shootout with 3 police officers and died.
Why should you be unPK'd? What server rule or PK rule was violated?:
Well I'm not entirely sure on what server rule or PK rule were violated however I shall speak my story.
See, I'm sort of new to the server; I'm Ni Tan. I'm often not in any trouble with the police and I tend to just drive around and do the occasional crate pickup, I avoid problems at all costs and only enter gunfights when I have to defend myself or my friends. Ni Tan has been my favorite character for the past week, good memories and great overall fun. However because of my situation and how rare it is for me to fight against the police, I was PK'd:
I don't often fight with the cops and thus I am a bit weak in the PK rule department, I thought as long as I didn't shoot first and wasn't in a FearRP situation I should be okay. In this situation I was driving around per usual when I got a lag spike and ran a person over while they were running across the street, the cops turned on their sirens and chased me, much to my worry as I had a pistol on me. I continued driving to hopefully escape them however one of them had gone the other way and set up an ambush, as I'm driving he puts 3 bullets in me (Now that I think about it, he probably aimed at the tires and the bug occured; however in RP I thought he aimed at me). So I continued driving and eventually ditched the car, as I'm running away the cops catch up to me; 3 of them with shotguns vs me with my pistol. I engaged them with 3 bullets at one of them while the other 2 killed me on the spot. Now this may seem stupid, however it was because I didn't see the other 2 behind me, I only saw him so I engaged thus leading to me being unknowledgeable of the other 2 armed officers.
At the end of the day, I just hope this can be accepted. I really love the server and Ni Tan. I vow that upon the submission of this appeal I will read up on the PK rules more and make sure I evade situations like this for the future. It was an honest mistake and genuinely not intended to escalate into a PK and fighting between me and the officers. So if you are seeing this Roger and the 2 other PO's. I'm really sorry for doing what I did and I was just afraid as it was my first negative encounter with the police.
If possible please provide video evidence or photo evidence if PK does not follow the guidelines:
I have the PO attempting to shoot me but not having reloaded his gun, that's about it. ( You can see in the clip I really didn't wanna have trouble, I even followed the average road signs and maintained right lane evaded crashing etc etc mid chase. )
