Hello, As you know I was the Admin who processed the PK. As I told you in DMs the evidence that was provided was that you did pull out a pistol and shot a cop during the encounter after you ditched your car. I have not seen any clear evidence that points to you pulling your pistol out after they shot first as you suggested. Your appeal and the clip that was provided leads me to believe you pulled your weapon out and one of the officers then engaged you "shooting first". I do believe this PK should be upheld, playing the "i didn't know" card is not fair for others in the RP scenario. Not only that you put out a 2 rumors asking for people to help you kill the cops that were chasing you.
