This isn't cops and robbers where you're both meant to be balanced, cops are intentionally given more powerful gameplay mechanics, your priority as a criminal should to be avoid interacting with cops, and when it does happen you should be shitting yourself. OC didn't kill cops like that, and they don't here either.
