You were banned over a situation you had with another player. At 00:04:25, you killed another player who proceeded to make an RDM ticket. Less than three minutes later, at 00:07:08, you left the server.
When I handled the ticket, I could not prove without doubt a case of RDM, But due to logs it was clear to me that you did not wait the 15 minutes that is required after engaging in acts like mugging and killing.
This falls under LTAP/LTARP as leaving within this cooldown to avoid possible consequences (gang retaliation, a staff ticket, etc) is forbidden.
