As much as I like you in-game. Your constant use of racial slurs isn't entirely professional and I've seen your judgment occasionally clouded by emotion.

In addition, you constantly bend the rules of what's allowed and what's not. You seem to push it very often. However, I believe you can change and be a wonderful addition personally.
