+1 I watched the whole situation myself. He wasn't shooting at the cops, or at least didn't seem to be doing so from my perspective. Combine it with the wrong name being put in the PK message and it just seems like this a case of confusion and miscommunication. If the admin cannot get the name correct in the PK message I have to raise an eyebrow at the validity of the PK
