Wiping F3 because of a face change is mega stupid. 50k and everyone forgets you? This is a video game and realistically you cannot change your face that drastically, or even close to the degree the server allows.
Officers cannot abuse arrests. Though, if they are looking for a reason to arrest you and they do have one, it's kinda fair game. It's incredibly difficult to determine intention, but you should always be mindful of police regardless.
