What is your motivation/reason for applying?: *
I have been in the server for a while now, I want to be able to contribute to the community and assist with administration. I've noticed there's a lot of times where i find my self and others in need of staff and the response time is moderate, I know i can assist the team and be one of those go to staff members that people can rely on. I also look at this as an opportunity to expand my staffing experience. I want to do more than RP i want to make the RP enjoyable and assist the community in anyway needed I enjoy playing on diverge servers and want to further my stay in a more productive way.
Why should you be considered over other candidates?: *
I am well experienced not just in staffing but in this form of RP I am well informed on the rules for diverge do to my amount of time rping in several different factions legal, government, police, and criminal i've seen it all i feel that assist my ability to be unbiased as well. With that being stated i am not in a criminal faction nor a police faction which i think really helps me be a fair staff member. I am experienced in staffing and management as well. I was an HA for Military RP back in 2019 i was an HA for about 6-7 months and to top that i was a TROO which is a head trainer in charge of recruitment and moderating the flow of TRRS AND TROS. Overall i've been in the community for about 2-3 months now and i feel that im more capable than others.

Yes, I was a HA for Military RP and a TROO, I was an HA for about 6-7 months and a TROO for about 4 months before leaving of boredom.
Have you been banned before on any of our servers? If so, why?:
Yes, Advertisement i was banned for a week.
Would you say that you are well known in our community, what's your reputation, what do other members think of you?: *
Yes, I am fairly known my Dan Lombardo char is the known one along with my PK'd danny rockwell char there both pretty well known. My reputation as a Firearms Commissioner is pretty good alot of people like me im fair, My danny rockwell char i am loved since i was one of the few fair ADA's.

Detail step by step exactly the actions you would take.
Someone RDMs and you are currently off-duty. How do you handle this?:
I would make a ticket as i feel handling my own sit would make me rather biased in that situation, If not other staff members are on I would bring him to a sit and explain to him how RDM isnt acceptable. I would have him review the rules regarding RDM and give him a verbal warning as i feel thats whats necessary for that situation.
You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?:
I would gather verbal and video evidence and report it to an HR and make sure its taken care of ASAP, I would also do my best to undo anything unfair things they have done while in staff mode and apologize to those affected on the staff members behalf.
A very good friend of yours joins the server. Over the course of an hour, you’ve received multiple complaints about them not following rules, RDM’ing, and minging. How do you proceed
knowing this can affect your friendship with them?:
I would bring them to a sit and handle there situation like any other player on the server I wouldnt show them any special treatment regardless of our friendship I have a job/duty to uphold and carry out and If they are ignorant enough to do conduct that type of behavior in a server im staffing i will not only punish them IG accordingly but i will also make it known its not cool OOCly.
