Pierre's opinion on the matter doesn't change mine one bit. Your car was punched twice, you were not 'Brutally attacked' in some sort of drive-by shooting. Your car was punched, and we left the scene slowly. We went our separate ways after a verbal altercation. You tried to defend your actions with a rule that applies when you are being actually attacked - Not meant for you to use to kill somebody after the fact because they hit your car.
